VOLUNTEER SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for a talented Volunteer Social Media Manager to build and develop our social media accounts. These responsibilities include creating original text and content, rewriting content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will directly report to the Marketing and Communication Manager and work with our marketing team to manage our organization’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
In this role, you should be up to date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and able to report social media analytics in an easy-to-understand manner. If you are passionate about social media and eager to learn more, we would like to meet you!
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like project services, workshops, and operations to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook and Instagram profile pages)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Proven social media experience in an internship or entry-level graphic design role.
Experience with LinkedIn and Facebook
A strong portfolio of work. Preference will be given to those with experience designing for print and digital, basic illustration skills, and basic video editing knowledge.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate the mission of PMV
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment, think quickly on your feet and be welcoming to all
Ability to work independently, within a team, and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organization
Ability to closely follow project instructions
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
Ability to create high-quality work in tight turnaround time.
