PAIDEIA MUNDI is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote culture, the arts and the humanities.  To this end, the organization develops cultural activities and maintains a blog covering all kinds of relevant topics. In this context, we are looking for a digital marketing and/or public relations volunteer to help us develop and execute a strategy for disseminating our activities and content on social media to the public and key cultural influencers.

Deliverables/Duties: 

Responsibilities

  • Draw up a communication and public relations strategy to ensure the dissemination of the organization's cultural activities and content
  • Execute the strategy, including daily updates to our social media
  • Develop and carry out promotional and communication activities to promote our activities and content not only to the general public but also to people who may support our mission (journalists, etc.).

Essential

  • Excellent knowledge of applicable digital marketing and public relations methods.
  • Great interest in culture, the arts and the humanities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Neat appearance
  • Great general culture

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree obtained or in progress in a relevant field
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing and/or public relations strategies
  • Excellent command of French, English, Spanish and/or Portuguese

Basic information

This is a voluntary position involving a commitment of two or three days per week for a minimum of two months.  The volunteer will work remotely from home.
