Surrey R.C.M.P Venturer Program Facilitator

Position description: 

Working in partnership with the Surrey R.C.M.P, we are looking for Venturer Program Facilitators.
As a program facilitator, you will work with liaison officers from the Surrey R.C.M.P to facilitate a police venturing program for youth 15-17 years of age centered on organizing outdoor adventures, demonstrations, discussions and interactive learning opportunities about law enforcement.

Challenge yourself, meet new people and have fun. Gain valuable skills and volunteer hours while making a difference in the lives of youth in your community.
All volunteers will need to go through an interview and screening process, including a criminal police record check.
If you are interested in working with youth, participating in outdoor adventures, learning about law enforcement and want to challenge yourself, meet new people and have fun, we want to hear from you.

Deliverables/Duties: 

Scouts Canada offers you the chance to work with youth in various age groups, you decide. Other group and leadership positions also available.

Qualifications: 

No previous Scouting experience is required and training is provided.
