Position description: 

What are we looking for?

We are creating an Eco-Outreach crew of volunteers that represent the company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the community.

As a team, they are primarily responsible for maintaining all community outreach activities connecting people in the broader community.

Improving and practicing your public speaking

Improving and practicing your English speaking

Learning and progressing your organizational skills

Gaining experiences in outreach and brand ambassador skills

Deliverables/Duties: 

The roles and duties may include and not limited to cultivating relationships with different stakeholders such as community groups, schools, institutes and other relevant organizations.

Volunteering work with a local social enterprise

Enroll volunteers

Look for outreach opportunities

Maintain outreach events and stakeholders list

Maintaining all community outreach activities connecting people in the broader community.

Promoting and connecting people via Social Media

Public engagement, interaction with different people, ages, backgrounds etc.

Making an environmental impact in different communities across the Lower Mainland

Creating and motivating social and behaviour change

Taking initiative and inspire others to do as well

Taking on more leadership roles and grow your leadership skills

Team-work and team building

Work with a team of Eco-Outreach peers
