Note-taker needed for quarterly meetings

Organized--You show up at the meeting having read the agenda, any background papers, the minutes of the previous meeting, and with all the tools you need to take the minutes whether that be pen, highlighter, paper, recording device, laptop or iPad. You bring an extra pen.

Prompt--You share your draft of the minutes with the chair and executive director within 1 or 2 days of the meeting.

You are a good listener and take notes effectively.

You document the key points of the meeting, as well as motions, votes, and items for action to come.

You are available for one two-hour meeting each quarter, usually scheduled for a weekday evening.
