Position description: 

We require an interim Executive Director to manage the development and administration of our organization.  We need someone who is experienced in developing the structure of a non-profit agency and managing it's ongoing operations.  In addition, we are starting to apply for funding and need someone who can oversee the application process to ensure it is being done to achieve the best chances for success in obtaining funds.

Deliverables/Duties: 
  • Direct the development of organiztional administration procedures, policies and structure
  • Manage overall operation of organization
  • Establish legally acceptable prodecures for Board meetings 
  • Organize and attend Board meetings
  • Manage the development of documentation for funding application purposes 
  • Manage the funding application process
Qualifications: 
  • Experience in working in administration of a non-profit agency
  • Experience working in a non-profit social service agency preferred
