Position description: 

Looking for a volunteer to accompany one of our tenants to nearby community interestes and outings such as the mall, Steveston Village, etc. Volunteer will be orientated to public transit with tenant and planning community outings that are appropriate and enjoyable. This role may include simple 15-20 minute walks near the Steveston residence.

Deliverables/Duties: 

Volunteer to meet with tenant once a week to plan and go on community outings. Volunteer to check-in with staff before and after outings. Volunteer to be in regular communication with the Recreation Coordinator.

Qualifications: 

Must have effective communication skills in english both spoken and comprehension.
