Position description:

The Gibsons Public Art Gallery is seeking new members to join our graphic arts team!

Participating volunteers join a rotating pool of artists, taking turns to create posters and other promotional material for Gallery exhibitions and events. Artists receive graphic assignments from the GPAG Gallery Manager, with instructions and specifications of the required text and image content.

The position is designed so volunteers can work on projects from their home computer, with a schedule that can be customized to meet each volunteer's needs.

Being a part of our artist team gives volunteers a creative and meaningful way to support public art in our community. Work done for a public art gallery can act as a complimentary addition to a graphic artist's portfolio.
