Position description: 

Enjoy an evening of fast-paced fun with Cold Lake's oldest volunteer organization, Cold Lake Agricultural Society, by volunteering with the Spring Bullarama series.

Volunteers are sought for the Bullarama event and the dance folowing the event. Two and four hour shifts are available.  Volunteers recieve complimentary concession food for shifts longer than 4 hours.

Volunteer opportunities available include:

  • Collect admission fees
  • Record numbers
  • Stamp hands at entry
  • Provide gate security (18+)
  • Sell 50/50 tickets (18+)
  • Assist with set up and tear down
  • Support the volunteer leaders in completing assigned tasks
  • Help create a welcoming environment for guests
  • Perform assigned duties to standard
  • Friendly and trustworthy
  • Able to represent the Cold Lake Agricultural Society and the event in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to stay on task and follow instructions
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Accurate cash handling skills (for some volunteer roles)
Role is suitable for: 
English as a second language (ESL)
