Afro Canadian Positive Network of BC
The ACPNET-BC seeks to ensure fundamental human rights for all refugees, immigrants, and Canadians of African origins infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. We envision a society that treats all people with dignity, respect and social justice. ACPNET-BC demands equal rights for people living with HIV and bases on four key elements: support, empowerment, advocacy and education. People living with HIV/AIDS must be aware of their rights and be empowered to insist on their civil privileges when violated.
