Position: Patroller
Organization: Black Gold Community Patrol "Nighthawks"Open site in new window

Description: Patroller for Community Patrol "Nighthawks"

Drive around the residential and industrial area in Leduc.
Call RCMP if anything is suspicious. We act as an extra set of eyes and ears for the RCMP.
Patrols start around 10:00 PM and go to around 2:00 AM.
Volunteers Required: 12
Skills and Experience: Must be 18 years of age, live in the Leduc area. Able to pass RCMP clearance. (Meaning no criminal record).
Other Language Required: N/A
Requirements: Valid Driver's License; Use of own vehicle; Requires criminal records check
Reimbursements:
Training Provided: Hands on training, ride along with experienced members.

Gas coupons given to driver.
Benefits to Volunteer: Keeping Leduc a safe community. Bonding with other community members. Meeting different people.
