This volunteer position looks for a creative and social media savvy individual to coordinate with Sawa World's Communications Team to implement a cutting edge social media strategy that raises large scale awareness of Sawa World's work.
Update and keep current a cutting edge social media strategy.
Implement bold, new ideas to raise large scale awareness of Sawa's work.
Research and implement the latest social media trends.
Program and moderate weekly social media posts on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
Work closely with the Communications Team.
Attend regular meetings with our team director, attend monthly team meetings and other relevant meetings and workshops.
Maintain a focus on innovative approaches in social media engagement.
Highly experienced in social media tools and implementation of social media strategies.
2 - 3 years experience working in social media, communication and marketing related field.
Excellent analytic, organizational and time management skills.
Proven experience in online web viral marketing.
A flexible scheduled and dedication to the required time commitment.
A minimum commitment of 5-8 hours per week.
The ability to respond to communications in a timely manner.
An eagerness to work independently as well as in a team environment.
A passion to create a big change in the world and to be part of a dynamic team with a big vision.
Reliable access to a computer and internet.
